Who gets surveys, and when?
SatisMeter automatically sends the survey to customers with completed orders (i.e. shipped and received). Here is a more in-depth guide on how SatisMeter for Shopify works.
How many surveys do customers see?
They will receive one survey per order.
Can customers unsubscribe from receiving surveys?
Yes, there's an unsubscribe link in every e-mail. It does not unsubscribe them from any other email marketing or notifications sent by your store.
How does billing work?
When you install the app, you'll start on our Free Plan (100 surveys per month), without any charges or billing. If you need more surveys you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Charges will then be added to your store's invoice as an app charge. SatisMeter for Shopify's billing is fully integrated with your store's billing so you don't have to manage it separately.
What happens if I reach my plan's limit?
If you reach the limit, SatisMeter for Shopify will stop sending surveys until the start of the next billing cycle. This means that no additional charges or fees will be added to your invoice.
