Where can I find my invoices?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly access invoices in the product.
Chat to us or send an email request to support@satismeter.com and we'll be happy to find a send your invoices back to you.

What happend when # replies exceed the current plan

Satismeter will automatically send you an email reminder, when you reach 90% of your current plan response limit. 

When you reach response limit in you current plan, Satismeter stop collecting any new responses and ask you to upgrade.

You can always upgrade your plan upfront. 

When does Satismeter charge our business card?

Your card will be charged monthly (every 30 days), meaning you will be billed on the same (or close to the same) day each month (the day on which you subscribe). You can view your next payment date at any time on your online account once you subscribe.adjust content + add information about plan
